Care enquiries
The form collects a name, email address, town, preferred times and a general description to handle the enquiry. A phone number is optional. Please leave out children’s names, medical records and health information.
Applications
The application includes your name, email address, town, experience, availability, languages, qualifications and a PDF CV. A phone number is optional. With your consent, these details are used to consider your application for care work opportunities. Your CV is not published or shared with families without your permission.
Data use and access
We use your details to handle care enquiries and applications. They may be accessed by the data controller, authorised people and the web hosting, messaging and email providers involved in processing them.
Retention
Care enquiries are kept for up to 90 days. With the consent given on the form, applications are kept for up to 12 months from submission. Your details will be deleted when that period ends or if you ask for deletion sooner. You can request this or withdraw consent by emailing contacto@cuidadosgarraf.com. To remain under consideration for another year, you will need to submit the form again and give fresh consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion and other applicable data protection rights by emailing contacto@cuidadosgarraf.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

The website does not include advertising or analytics tools. Fonts and photographs are served by this website. The forms include an antispam check to reduce automated submissions.
